Ms. Penny Kenney

     

Our CEO Ms. Penny Kenney brings over 20 years of business management expertise, with over 16 years in the Real Estate Industry. She has owned and operated many successful businesses ranging from an Auto Repair Shop to Retail and a very flourishing Real Estate Agent Company. Penny has a degree in Business Administration.

In 2008 Ms. Kenney embarked in the Oil and Gas industry when asked, if she can sell fuel? Since then, Penny has had a relentless passion pursuing the industry, learning and networking with some of the most successful companies in the business. Ms. Penny Kenney started Atlanta Petroleum Company; a woman-owned full service fuel company which engages in Fuel Management and wholesale Fuel Distribution. She started her professional career in the Fuel businesses working for QBM Consultants as a wholesale fuel representative. She soon became a Managing Partner with United States Foreign Export Development Group (US FED Group), engaging in trade development, contract negotiations, and international customer services leads. Penny was under the leadership of Sun Petro for a mentorship program for two years where she learned and engaged other fuel products for sale both internationally and domestically. Her dynamic team brings a wealth of information to the oil and gas industry from Aviation and Bulk Fuel Sales. Ms. Kenney’s mantra; “The Power is in Team work”.

Penny also enjoys working with the homeless and veterans through her non-profit organization called “The Freedom Project Inc.” Her free time is spent serving the community through her church, and networking to help improve the less fortunate.

 

 

Marlon Payne

    

Marlon Payne has over 20 years in sales/marketing/account management with an emphasis on strategy and new business development with a proven record in effectively handling major accounts.  He graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Business Administration/Airline Management. His fascination with aviation began in New York City’s prestige Aviation H.S. where he earned his F.A.A. certifications in Airframe & Power-plants. 

 He started his professional career being recruited and relocated to Washington DC to work for Atlantic Coast Airlines  When that airline went out of business during the late 1990’s due to the economic conditions of that era.  He switched his concentration and utilized his Business Management background and started working for Enterprise Holdings.  He quickly rose through the ranks and became a successful Regional Business Manager, gaining nationwide recognition and numerous awards for profitability and marketing initiative’s.  

 

After 13 years’ in business development working with Fortune 500 companies and Government agencies.  He utilized his experience in contract negotiation, strategic implementation and client retention and accepted a leadership role with the United Stated Foreign Export Development Group (US FED Group). As acting Managing Partner, he oversaw the member engagement program, trade development and advisory services for members.  These members where C-suite executives that represented multiple business sectors from Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction and Engineering such as Chevron Crude Oil Division Standard Oil Group UAE and Grand Isle Shipping (GIS).  Marlon is creative and resourceful in generating new ideas with emphasis on problem solving and identifying solutions for clients. He has developed and implementing business strategies that increase brand awareness, market share and profitability. 

 

Rupen Philloura

Mr. Rupen Philloura is a graduate from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a major in Aviation Business Administration.  He brings two decades of airport operations expertise with a record of success providing end-to-end leadership for medium to large airports.   He is an avid aviator and technology entrepreneur.   

Mr. Philloura spent his early childhood in India, Japan, and Hong Kong and developed a bug for travelling.  At 16 years old he migrated to USA and finished high school in New York.  He soon received a partial soccer scholarship to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.  Here he would develop a passion for managing airports. 

Mr. Philloura is used to working in fast-paced, ever evolving, chaotic environments.  He has been a General Manager for San Francisco International Airport, where he has orchestrated the day-to-day operation for the entire airport.  This means calling all the right shots at the right time to keep the airport safe, secure and customer friendly.  Prior to SFO he was an Assistant Director of Operations and the International Concourse Manager for Tampa International Airport.  Here he showcased his background in strategic planning and execution of corporate-wide initiatives.   

In 2016 Mr. Philloura also launched an e-commerce platform called MeSpoke.  The technology has created a new channel for Brands and Retailers for advertising direct to consumer.  MeSpoke was recognized as one of the top 5 technologies in the world by Gartner for 2017.   Mr. Philloura has been equally focused on driving innovation and continuous improvements that translate into business value and measurable results from a service, cost and productivity perspective.  In the fall of 2017 he launched Airport Groupe, which is a consulting firm specializing in airport operations.  Mr. Philloura has assembled a Team of subject matter experts with the intent of optimizing airport operations.    

Some of his other projects include Executive Business Consulting and helping local businesses improve their bottom line by restructuring, product-placement and inducing processes.  In late 2015 he offered his services as interim VP of Ops & Business Development for a medical start-up called Rx Dispensing Solutions.   

Mr. Philloura has a passion for travelling the world, exploring exquisite cuisine, investing in real estate, riding motorcycles, fashion, and spiritual living.  He also runs a small foundation for children called “Star-Kids Giving”.  The foundation raises clothes, toys, games, and items for children who are quite sick and admitted in hospitals.  The last few years the foundation paired up with Tampa General Hospital and provided gifts for children during holidays.  In the fall of 2015 Rupen also became the Co-Founder for an organization called CUPS (Channelside Urban Professionals Society). The group has approximately 700 members and growing.  It promotes local businesses and entrepreneurs within the urban area of Channel District and Downtown Tampa.  Mayor Bob Buckhorn and several Council Members have attended and supported their many events.
